Do you want to help develop our procurement organization while contributing to a fossil-free future? In this role as a Purchaser, you will hold a key position where your work directly impacts the efficiency, quality, and business results of our procurement process. We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving and modernizing processes.

About the Role

As a Purchaser in this role, you will be part of an engaged team supporting Vattenfall Hydropower with procurement work. An important part of your assignment will be to develop and implement new working methods related to our ongoing implementation and use of S/4HANA, together with colleagues and leaders within procurement and the business.

We are currently working on developing our working methods with the production and maintenance units. You will be part of setting up a new working method, simplifying and improving our processes. Classical procurement work is also included in the position, but the focus is on developing and implementing new working methods.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in process-oriented work, procurement analysis, and independent execution of procurements.
• Experience and knowledge of the S/4 HANA business system.
• A university degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus.

We are looking for someone who combines structure with strong communication skills – a person who creates clarity even when much is in motion. You thrive in collaborations and build trust with different target groups by being attentive. You are pedagogical, which will be necessary in the role to convey messages about the new working method throughout the organization. The position requires communication skills in both Swedish and English.
